Winners of the 2019 Kids’ Costume Contest at Halloween at the Market

Thank you to all families who braved the rainy weather to join us at the Old Capital Farmer’s Market for Halloween at the Market. Thankfully, our friends

 at Kidzeum opened their party room doors for us to move the contest INSIDE so we could keep the contest going! As always there was a lot of creativity, Chris and Deb from WNNS were the emcees and the judges had a hard time narrowing down the winners.

Congrats to the following who won prizes courtesy of HSHS St. John’s Children’s Hospital and Bank of Springfield. The family category is our personal favorite as we’re amazed the creativity every year!

The top spot in the family contest was a repeat family who won in 2018 winner, but this year they dressed as the Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade complete with the turkey, star, Santa and the balloon!
