Feb. 11 Community Appreciation Day FREE Admission at Kidzeum

Kidzeum is an independent nonprofit 501(c)3 who relies on the generous support of our community and every single dollar raised helps us support our mission, which means it all goes back into the community. What better way to show our appreciation than making a day to celebrate you? On February 11th, from 9am-4pm, we are making admission entirely free. If you are a Kidzeum member, your gift shop discount that day will be doubled. No need to RSVP. Just stop at the Admissions Desk to be checked in. At noon, join us in the second-floor reading nook for an extra special story time with Ward 5 Alderwoman Lakeisha Purchase! Thanks for helping us bring the fun of learning to our children.

Feb. 14 Toddler Time, Valentine’s Day Edition at Kidzeum 9:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. Bring your tot and let them make their own Valentine’s Day card for mom, dad, their grandparents, siblings – whoever! Please note, this will be a designated messy zone so bring clothes you don’t mind them getting dirty. The paint bottles and markers say washable but we are already amazed by what kids manage to do…

For the safety of our littles, only children 3 and under (and their accompanying adults) will be allowed in the space. Our pop-up makerspace will close at 11am.

Feb. 20 Kidzeum is open starting at 9:00 a.m. In the Land of Lincoln, we need to celebrate Presidents’ Day the best way we know how: being open! We will host extra special activities inspired by our Illinois presidents.
