  • Old Capitol Farmer’s Market on Adams St. between 6th and 7th St. hosted by Downtown Springfield, Inc. Everyone’s favorite open-air market with fresh produce, baked good, flowers plants and more. 8 a.m.- 12:30 p.m. Wednesday and Saturday May-October
  • Carillon Concerts in Washington Park every Wed., Thurs., Fri 6:30 p.m. t2:00 and 6:30 pm on Saturdays and Sundays through Sept. Bring a blanket and chair. FREE
  • Moonlight Market the first and third Wednesday from 6-9 p.m. An outdoor event featuring local artists, crafters and vendors at Obed and Isaac’s 500 S. 6th St. August 18
  • Art Alley in Downtown Springfield off 5th Street between Adams and Washington is a great place to stroll and get some memorable photos and admire the talented local artists. Share your pics with us!
  • Kidzeum is back open and the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library & Museum has a new exhibit the State of Sound.
