- 2-10 oz. Spinach
- 5 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 c milk
- 3/4 c parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
- Cook spinach according to directions.
- Squeeze all the water out of the spinach.
- Mix all together.
- Make small patties and brown in oil.
