Spinach or Swiss Chard Patties

  • 2-10 oz. Spinach
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 c. Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 3/4 c parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic
Instructions
  1. Cook spinach according to directions.
  2. Squeeze all the water out of the spinach.
  3. Mix all together.
  4. Make small patties and brown in oil.
