Grilled Tandoori Chicken

1/2 tsp ground cuminTandoori Chicken

2 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 cup low-fat (plain) yogurt

1 tsp chili powder

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp ground ginger

1 tsp minced garlic

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (you may also cut the chicken into small pieces and thread on kabobs)

Mix all ingredients (except chicken breasts) together in a large bowl. Add chicken breasts to marinade and marinate for at least 8 hours. Grill as desired.
