YMCA’s 2015 “Ramp It Up” Challenge
The Y’s Ramp It Up contest is a 5-week intensive activity program for individuals who are ready to push themselves to their fitness limit! This program is designed for those who are avid and fit exercisers and want an extreme challenge!
PARTICIPANTS:
- You exercise at least 5-6 days per week
- You believe you are fit but want more from your workouts
- You want to drop body fat
- You want your body to be a toned, lean machine
Kickoff Events: Sunday, June 7, 2015, 1-3 p.m.
There will be kick off events at both branches. Please attend the one where your coach is located.
Choose Your Coach! Special challenge workout with a coach scheduled for one day during the week.
Contest Runs June 8-July 12, 2015
Final Event: July 19 at 3 p.m.
There will be final celebrations at both branches. Please attend the one where your coach is located. Prizes will be determined by percent of body fat lost.
