Where to Schedule COVID-19 Vaccinations for Kids Ages 12-15

All Illinoisans 12 years of age and older are now eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine.  The FDA gave emergency use authorization of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for use in 12 – 15 year old adolescents.  A parent or guardian needs to accompany the child to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.  For more information on COVID-19 vaccines for children and teens click here.  You can visit one of the following websites or call 833-621-1284 to learn which locations are providing vaccines for 12-15 year olds.
