All Illinoisans 12 years of age and older are now eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine. The FDA gave emergency use authorization of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for use in 12 – 15 year old adolescents. A parent or guardian needs to accompany the child to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.
