Less than a month remains for you to officially oppose the closing of the Illinois State Museum.
The Commission on Government Forecasting and Accountability is required under the State Facilities Closure Act to take public comments and hold a hearing about the plan to close the Illinois State Museum. The public comment period is June 23 – July 22.
There will be a public hearing July 13th at 4pm in room 212 in the Capitol.
