Lutheran High School is a college preparatory, parochial high school on the west side of Springfield. Lutheran High provides a Christ-centered education to students around the central Illinois area.
Lutheran High offers a challenging and growing curriculum. Starting in the fall of 2016, our first Advanced Placement (AP) class was offered at Lutheran. AP Physics, our flagship AP class, set the course for curriculum expansion. Lutheran High also offers Dual Credit classes in both the English and Math departments. Our teachers are dedicated to providing our students the best education to prepare them for their next adventure after high school.

These additions benefit our students as they prepare to be a witness for Christ in the world. Lutheran High offers students multiple opportunities for involvement in co-curricular activities. Lutheran High School offers twelve athletic teams all participating in IHSA, as well as student activities such as S.A.D.D., Student Council, Scholastic Bowl (IHSA), and many more.
