CPR anytime kits from the AHA
The American Heart Association has CPR Anytime kits that are designed to train a family how to perform CPR in their home. It includes a DVD and an inflatable mini Annie (a CPR mannequin). When you get a kit, you simply watch the DVD and learn the skills to perform CPR, then pass the kit on to someone else. Although you don’t become certified in CPR, with this kit you will learn the skills needed to perform CPR, and gain confidence to take action should a cardiac arrest occur near them.
