- Buy the candy the day of and only buy the Halloween candy that YOU don’t like (if it’s too late, use this one next year)!
- Give kids toys, stickers and fun stuff instead of candy.
- Set limits on how much your kids can eat and then give the rest away or throw it out.
- Eat a nutritious meal and healthy snacks on Halloween so you don’t mindlessly eat the junk.
- Have light snacks available so that you take the edge off your sweet tooth with those instead of Kit-Kats!
