Travel with Springfield Park District Special Recreation to Normal, IL to see the famous ISU Gamma Phi Circus. The Gamma Phi Circus delivers an action-packed, high energy, live entertainment spectacle for its audiences. The show will be exciting and fun for all ages. You won’t want to miss it!
