The Official Kick-Off will take place on Tuesday 9/8 from 4 to 7 PM outside of the Springfield Visitor’s Center located on the corner of 6th Street and Adams St. You can pick up/drop off a hunt map there.

FIRST 20 PEOPLE TO COMPLETE a hunt map on Tuesday 9/8 receive $10 *Downtown Bucks at the Kick-Off! What are Downtown Bucks? They are cash vouchers that can be used at participating downtown businesses. One per family.

Can’t make it to the Kick-Off? You can still participate and be eligible for a Drawing for Prizes! Stop by the Visitor’s Center any time between 9 AM and 5 PM the week of 9/8 and 9/11 to pick up/drop off a hunt map. Last day to pick up/drop off a hunt map is at the Farmers Market (DSI Information Booth) on Saturday 9/12 from 8 AM to 12:30 PM.

PRIZES. When you complete the scavenger hunt map anytime from Tuesday 9/8 through Saturday 9/12, get all 8 hunt questions correct, and include your contact information, you will be entered into a DRAWING to receive up to $100 in Downtown Bucks! 1st Place – $100, 2nd Place – $50, and 3rd Place – $20. We also have MORE gift cards and merchandise from downtown businesses that you could WIN. Winners will be announced/notified on Saturday 9/12 after the Farmers Market.
