This one day class gives you in-depth preparation for your labor and delivery experience. You and your support person will learn the process of labor and delivery in order to work together and share the birth of your baby.

We encourage you to register by the beginning of your sixth month of pregnancy. The fee is $75 per couple. Please dress comfortably, bring 2 pillows and an exercise mat or towel to use on the floor for positioning practice.

 Please arrive a few minutes early to collect class materials. Stop at information desk to be screened. Masks must be worn at all times in the building. A support person may accompany you to class.
