2 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese
1 cup packed brown sugar
½ cup caramel ice cream topping
Assorted fresh fruit
In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth. Add caramel topping; beat until blended. Serve with fruit (excellent with apples!) Refrigerate leftovers. Makes 3 cups.
