The 26th Annual Road Race for Animals will take place on Saturday, February 29, at the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine. The race is put on by Omega Tau Sigma, the college’s professional veterinary fraternity. The race will be professionally timed, with awards going to fasted male and female runners with and without pets. Runners and walkers with or without pets are encouraged to participate.

Pre-race registration is $25 and will be available online until Friday, February 28. Day-of registration will be $30 at the Veterinary Medicine Basic Sciences Building, 2001 S. Lincoln Avenue, Urbana, Ill. Check-in opens at 7:30 am on the race day. The race will start promptly at 9 am.
