Jennifer Davis, MD, will discuss heart disease and ways women can reduce their risk factors through a heart healthy diet, exercise and stress management.
Also, learn about Keeping the Pace – Hands Only CPR training, a simple life-saving technique that will be demonstrated by Prairie STATE Heart coordinators Chelsey Jennings, RN, BSN, and Bev Rouse, RN, BSN. Participants will have the opportunity to try Hands Only CPR techniques following the presentation.
