Leave the January cold behind and join us on Illinois’ prehistoric and modern beaches. Learn about beach ecosystems and the fun we have in the sand. Create a fun pair of sunglasses, build a sandcastle, explore Illinois’ prehistoric beaches with a museum search and more.

Super Saturdays offer thematic activities recommended for children ages 5 and up each month. Activities take 30-40 minutes to complete and are included with Museum admission.
