This class gives you information on the natural method of infant feeding. Topics include the process of breastfeeding, how to get off to a good start, problem prevention, maternal nutrition, breastpumps, returning to work and weaning. Presented by Certified Lactation Consultants.

Free for expectant parents delivering at St. John’s. Fee for expectant parents delivering at a different hospital.

Instructor: Instructors are registered nurses from the Birth Center who have their lactation certification.
