Every class is open to all fitness levels.  Everyone is at a different place in their fitness journey and we encourage modifications to fit your level of fitness. 🙂
 

Beginners!  Let’s Get Fit at Iron Fitness!

You know strength training is where it’s at for transforming your body but maybe you aren’t quite ready to make the leap into the weight room?  And/or maybe you aren’t sure what you should be eating to support your exercise program?  Iron Fitness has developed a program just for you! Get Fit is a 7 week program designed to help you get comfortable in the weight room with a very limited group of ladies and includes classes and nutrition coaching at Iron Fitness.  We will meet every Saturday from 1030 – 1130 a.m. starting on June 30th as a group and you will attend additional classes at Iron Fitness as your schedule allows.  Space is limited to 10 ladies so don’t delay!

Summer Burn!

Kickoff/Meeting Date: Sunday, July 15th at the Iron Fitness Studio, 2:00 p.m.

Tools provided to you to ensure success include:
5 weeks of workouts for you to do on your own at Iron Fitness (with membership), your gym or at home
5 weeks of nutritional support specific to your needs/goals
A notebook detailing the workouts and space for you to track them and your nutrition
Access to me for support and guidance
Membership into the Iron Maiden closed Facebook group for recipes, exercise help, and FUN!
