Mark your calendars, lace up those running shoes and sign up your kids, too! The 32nd Annual Women's Distance Festival and Children's Fun Run is set for Saturday, July 9th at Washington Park. You can do it! Two miles around the park with the children's fun run starting afterwards.
We love this race in our family, and if you haven't tried it before, check out our Photo Gallery from last year. Many families participate, and the atmosphere is always so positive and fun.
The Health Fair is another plus with health screenings and information geared towards women and children. Be sure and visit the many booths with health resources, open immediately following the race.
Don't forget when you register for the race before July 1st, you receive a free wicking women's T-shirt.
