Kids at Koke Mill, in collaboration with SportsCare, offers a Pediatric Yoga Program led by physical therapist Amy Faught. Group classes are offered for children ages five and older. All children are welcome. The goal of this program is to provide children with the opportunity to experience the benefits of yoga and cultivate healthy habits. These general goals lead to improved success in school, athletics, health and life. Impacts on physical health include:

The number one goal of this yoga program for kids is FUN! Classes are conducted in a relaxed, welcoming environment allowing for regular interaction amongst the students and instructor.
