The Parent Place is a non-profit social service agency that has been serving the Springfield community for over 50 years. The Parent Place is dedicated to preventing child abuse by strengthening the skills and reducing the stress of parents and caregivers. They serve families with newborns, families in the midst of divorce/separation and families who want to enhance their parenting skills to become more effective parents. All services offered by The Parent Place are either free or on a sliding fee scale.
Contact their main office for upcoming seminars and to get involved with their community events and annual diaper drive.
Please contact me regarding any support group focusing on single parents, I am a single parent of a 10 yr old daughter who is defiant and hits me, I am afraid I have been inconsistent with my following through on things, I need help and support, please advise
