    Hi Liza:
We would recommend contacting the parent help line:
    http://springfieldmoms.org/parent-help-line-at-st-johns-childrens-hospital-2/
and a registered family counselor as well. As the parent helpline for referrals to family counselors.
someone who specializes in working with children around that age.
I know they will have guidance for you!
