Our Springfield Boot Camp Fitness Programs are based on a combination of strength and cardiovascular exercises. Drill instructors keep things lively by integrating push-ups, pull-ups, squats and other strength builders with running, sprinting drills and plyometrics designed to increase speed and build cardiovascular endurance.
Our instructors will push you but they won't tear you down. We want you to succeed.

Boot Camp Days & Times: (subject to change)
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 6am
- Tuesday & Thursday – 5:30pm
- Saturday – 7:30am
- Each camp is limited to 25 participants.

"Do I have to be in shape to join?"
NO! The point of our program is to GET you in shape. There are really only two basic fitness requirements we have: (1) we ask that your physician approves of you participating in our program, and (2) because our program involves some running just about every day, we need you to be able to complete a mile in some combination of running and walking.
If you are not able to finish a mile, we recommend that you work with one of our trainers one-on-one to get you past that hurdle and be ready to join the troops.
