I do most of my work from home, so I am constantly followed around by our two adorable adopted dogs, Buddy and D.J. I have to say I admire their life…well, the napping and low stress portion of their life.
But what I love the most about dogs is their loyalty is beyond measure. If I go downstairs to refill my coffee, they enthusiastically run behind me. When I turn around minutes later to head back to the office, they run right behind me and curl up by my feet while I work. When I leave, they wait in the yard, and as soon as my car turns the corner, they get up and immediately come running with tails wagging!
Their consistency amazes me! They never seem to have an off day when they are just too tired to say hello. Wouldn't it be nice if we could be so consistent?
I was captivated tonight when our "little" dog seemingly snuggled up to my Macbook. He sees me using it all of the time, and by the look on his face, it's "Mommy, can you play with me now?"

"This is my office buddy, Skoshi. He's my ever faithful companion on the days when I'm working in front of the computer all day. He has to be in here with me at ALL times or else I'll hear about it. Loves to play, is also perfectly content looking out the window, sleeping next to me on the floor, or once in a blue moon there's a little spot for him on the desk next to me."
