2 Frozen Pie Crust (Deep Dish)
Ground Turkey or Beef
2 can vegetarian or vegetable beef soup
can of corn – drained (optional)
mashed potatoes (homemade or instant)
shredded cheddar cheese
Cook frozen pie crust uncovered in oven for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Brown ground beef, add in vegetable soup, and corn (if desired) and warm. Add mixture to pie crust and bake 20 minutes. Top with mashed potatoes and cheese and bake another 10 minutes or so until cheese is melted.
