Bring the kids to Family Art Night at the Springfield Art Association on Tuesday, February 16, 2010 from 6:30 to 8:30pm to Mardi Gras carnival style and Chinese New Year.
Family Art Night is an engaging evening of hands-on art activities for the family to enjoy together.
Make a crown, string beads, try your hand at carnival games and get your photo taken on Bourbon St. to celebrate Mardi Gras while listening to live entertainment!
Cut your own paper dragons to celebrate Chinese New Year too! Activities and artists’ demonstrations will be guided by Springfield Art Association faculty, staff and volunteers.
Refreshments will be served and all children must be accompanied by an adult. Adults $1.00 and Children $2.00.
Digital photo prints additional $1.00. No reservations are necessary.
