2011 Bark for Books final flier
Join First Book-Greater Springfield for a dog walk in Southwind Park on Sunday, May 15th. Come out to help raise money to buy books for local children in need and support local literacy programs. Registration begins at 12:30 and the walk starts at 1:00 at the Family Pavilion. Your $10 donation will help us buy 5 brand new books! Kids and pets walk FREE. Hope to see you there!
If you can’t join us for the pet walk, there are many ways you can help First Book-Greater Springfield. You can join our Advisory Board and help distribute books in our community. You can spread the word about First Book and let local literacy programs know that we are here to help. You can also make an online donation to help make our book grants possible.
