SPARC: Springfield ARC enriches the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by enabling them to successfully live, learn, work and socialize in the community. SPARC is a well-regarded fixture in the Springfield community, providing services to several hundred individuals with developmental disabilities. These services reflect a sensitivity to the diverse needs of each individual. SPARC fulfills its mission through programs attuned to the unique potential of each individual and are designed to build self-confidence and independence. Programs include 24-Hour Residential Support, Developmental Training, Supported Living, Supported Employment, Janitorial Training, Respite, Family Support and the Epilepsy Resource Center.
SPARC supports more than 200 children, adults and seniors with developmental disabilities including but not limited to autism, cerebral palsy and epilepsy.
