Michael Higgins, local chef and owner of Maldaners, will be preparing a grand seafood feast. Enjoy several courses of fine dining seafood style.

5:30-8:30 p.m. • $65

at Lincoln Land Community College’s Workforce Careers Center-Bistro Verde

These dinners are multi-course dining experiences, not hands-on classes. The chef offers remarks on the menu selection for each course. One glass of wine will be served with each course, coffee served with dessert. Participants must be 21 to register.
