The story of Faerie Tale involves storybook characters, Snow White, Cinderella and their Princes traveling through the woods and finding themselves amid a fairy preparation for the wedding of Oberon and Titania, King and Queen of the fairies. Among these unlikely groups flies Puck, armed only with a wicked sense of humor and a love potion capable of making anyone fall for the first person they set eyes upon. What could possibly go wrong?
This exciting, original production will feature gorgeous custom-made costumes, beautiful scenery and all new choreography set to the enchanting music of Mendhelssohn and Tchaikovsky. “We are so excited to perform this new ballet. The story is funny and light with a romantic theme, sure to please all audiences,” said SBC Artistic Director Julie Ratz.
